- Why listen to me?
My name's Josh and I have 4 years of in-house e-com business and marketing agency experience working specifically on Google, Facebook, and Linkedin advertising. I still work for a marketing agency and in my spare time like to break down marketing into its most simple and easy-to-understand form and most importantly provide free frameworks and templates for you to use :)
Copy & paste the framework from here:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

This is the exact framework I use (and you can too) to create Google ads headlines that include the persuasive elements needed for high-converting and clickable ads.

This video goes over 3 campaign types that every service-based business should be using on Google ads. Included is a live example of these 3 campaign types for a dentist based in Bristol.
It shows why keyword research is so important for these campaign types as we started with only a few ad group ideas and ended with 10 x more!

Why should you use a CSS for Google Shopping ads?
Well, the main reason I use a CSS with clients is for the (up to) 20% cheaper CPC you can gain from using a CSS.
You can also get other benefits like product title and description optimisers with the merchant.
It is worth noting that this is only available for qualifying EU countries which are:
Austria
Netherlands
Belgium
Norway
Czech Republic
Poland
Denmark
Portugal
Finland
Romania
France
Slovakia
Germany
Spain
Greece
Sweden
Hungary
Switzerland
Ireland
United Kingdom
Italy
However, you should weigh up the monthly cost which is around 40 euros, in comparison to how much you are spending on Google Shopping. However, in most cases, it will be a no-brainer.
Oh and it stands for - Comparision Shopping Service

3 Ways To View Asset Group Metrics in Google Ads Performance Max
The top 3 ways I like to view asset group performance are as follows:
1. Select asset groups and then go onto the table view at the right-hand side of the screen.
2. view the listing groups within your pmax which shows each asset group and its performance.
3. upload a Google Ads script to your account which gives you asset group performance data and also where the spend is going across video, shopping, search, and display.
Upload the Google script I use here: https://www.loom.com/share/123920288d...
